About The Giving Tree
The Giving Tree is a dedicated pediatric speech-language private practice committed to helping children develop strong communication skills and overcome speech and language challenges. Every child deserves the opportunity to express themselves confidently and clearly. The Giving Tree’s compassionate approach focuses on creating a nurturing environment where children feel supported and encouraged to grow.
The Giving Tree provides individualized, evidence-based speech-language therapy tailored to each child’s unique needs and developmental stage. The Speech Language therapist works closely with families to ensure consistent progress and meaningful outcomes. The Giving Tree does not just treat speech and language disorders—it empowers children to communicate with confidence and reach their full potential.
Meet The Owner
My name is Kellie Ileto and I am an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist practicing for 10 years. I hold my Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). I graduated from The George Washington University with my Masters in Speech-Language Pathology. I grew up in Maryland, right outside Washington D.C. and I currently live in Northwest Montana. I worked in special education for 8 years and then switched to a travel SLP position working in a Skilled Nursing Facility and Outpatient Clinic. Beyond my professional life, I enjoy ultramarathons, hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, reading (especially books from Free Little Libraries), hanging out with my dog and going on adventures with my husband.

Comprehensive Language Evaluation
An evaluation is key to determining the presence of a language disorder and the type of disorder if present. The Giving Tree provides comprehensive evaluations that look at the whole child beyond just a language assessment. Parent report, patient academic performance, interests, behaviors are all important for developing a comprehensive and in depth picture of the child and their needs.
Pediatric Speech and Language Therapy
Comprehensive speech therapy services for children addressing receptive and expressive language disorders, articulation, phonology, voice, literacy, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), social skills and fluency disorders. The Giving Tree uses evidence-based techniques to help children develop clear and confident speech and communication.
Free Language Screenings
If you’re concerned about your child’s language development, don’t do the “wait and see” approach! Contact The Giving Tree for free language screenings to determine if a language disorder may be present.
Special Education Consultations
Navigating the world of special education can be overwhelming and confusing. The Giving Tree is here to help support families as they navigate special education particularly the Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
