Giving The Gift of Communication
About The Owner

My name is Kellie Ileto and I am an experienced and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist that has been practicing for 10 years. I graduated from The George Washington University with my Masters in Speech-Language Pathology. I am a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence. I grew up in Maryland, right outside Washington D.C., and I currently live in Northwest Montana. I worked in special education for 8 years and then switched to healthcare. Beyond my professional life, I enjoy running, hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, reading (especially books from Free Little Libraries), hanging out with my dog and going on adventures with my husband.

About The Giving Tree
The Giving Tree is a Speech-Language Private Practice that was created to break free of any constraints from governing entities (e.g. insurance, special education law) in order to provide high quality speech language services. The Giving Tree provides in-depth and thorough assessment of an individual’s communication and language skills followed by in depth analysis of the results leading to a tailored plan of care that is unique and empowering to the individual and family’s needs. Highly skilled speech-language intervention is based on the most recent evidenced based research, family goals and feedback and the child’s interests and personality. The Giving Tree takes pride in using a team-based approach that integrates the family and other professionals in treatment to best meet the child’s needs.
Services
Pediatric Speech Therapy
Comprehensive speech therapy services for children addressing articulation, phonology, voice, AAC, Autism, developmental delays, early intervention and fluency disorders. I use evidence-based techniques to help children develop clear and confident speech. Therapy is used to support language development, including receptive and expressive language skills, vocabulary building, and communication strategies for children of all ages.
Special Education Consulting
The special education world is full of acronyms, jargon and laws that can be overwhelming to parents. With a background in special education, I’m here to provide guidance and support to help navigate the special education process and procedures from initial evaluations to annual IEPs. Although your child may be receiving SLP services through school, it is still my job to ensure collaboration with the school SLP to best meet your child’s needs and language development.

Free Screenings and Consulations
Before deciding if speech therapy is right or necessary for you or your child, take advantage of the free language and articulation screenings provided. Following the screener, I will provide an honest consultation for next steps to support you and your child. This will also give you an opportunity to get to know me better and see if services with me via teletherapy is a good fit.
